Position Description:
We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver for our Cedarburg, WI facility to distribute products promptly to our Wisconsin customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Home Delivery Driver Work Schedule: Two shifts available (Monday – Friday with 8:00am start time or Sunday night – Friday morning with 10:30pm start time). You must be able to work either shift.
Home Delivery Driver – Daily rate up to $310.00 ($ 31.00-38.75 hourly equivalent)
SIGN ON BONUS: $500.00 paid after 90 days

HOME DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pre/Post inspections of delivery trucks (DOT requirement)
Log hours of service such as driving, on, off, etc. (DOT requirement)
Pick orders from warehouse and load product into truck
Deliver dairy & grocery products to homeowners within assigned regions
Navigate routes using a GPS unit
Practice safe driving by following DOT regulations and company standards
Use handheld scanners to track inventory and delivery of products

NON-DRIVING/DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use a power washer & shopvac to clean interior & exterior of truck
Move, organize, and clean areas of the truck barn
Crate glass bottles and stack them

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid driver’s license (Class C or Chauffeur’s license)
Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
Able to lift up to 50 lbs including overhead, frequently bending, carrying, walking with product

POSITION SUMMARY
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep our factory equipment running safely and smoothly. You’ll repair, maintain, and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical equipment, and help find ways to make our equipment more reliable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Find and fix equipment problems, and carry out the maintenance plan

Qualifications

POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Cooler/Freezer employee keeps product moving safely and efficiently through our cold-storage warehouse and yard. You will pick customer orders, stage pallets for driver pickup, load and unload trailers, and position trailers in the yard. This role works in temperatures ranging from 45°F to -40°F. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with a good attendance record who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Reports to: Warehouse Manager Employee Status: Full-time Shift: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with occasional overtime and weekend work as business needs require Salary: Starting $20 per hour, dependent on experience Location: North Aurora, IL
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Move pallets of product from designated storage locations to the warehouse floor for driver pickup
Pick customer orders in cooler and freezer environments
Load and unload trailers
Operate spotter trucks to position trailers within the yard
Operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks, electric pallet jacks and spotter trucks
Move product safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and yard
Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel and production team members to keep orders on schedule
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Read, write and understand the English language
Ability to do simple math
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 45°F to -40°F
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Ability to push/pull up to 200 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform physical labor throughout the workday
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require
Strong communication and teamwork skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience operating stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks, electric pallet jacks and spotter trucks
Prior experience in a cold-storage or fast-paced warehouse environment
