Position Description:

We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver for our North Aurora, IL facility to distribute products promptly to our Illinois customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Home Delivery Driver Work Schedule: Two shifts available (Monday – Friday with 8:00am start time or Sunday night – Friday morning with 10:30pm start time). You must be able to work either shift.

Home Delivery Driver – Daily rate up to $310.00 ($ 31.00-38.75 hourly equivalent)

SIGN ON BONUS: $500.00 paid after 90 days

Location: North Aurora, IL

HOME DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre/Post inspections of delivery trucks (DOT requirement)
• Log hours of service such as driving, on, off, etc. (DOT requirement)
• Pick orders from warehouse and load product into truck
• Deliver dairy & grocery products to homeowners within assigned regions
• Navigate routes using a GPS unit
• Practice safe driving by following DOT regulations and company standards
• Able to use handheld scanners to track inventory and delivery of products
• Able to lift crates of milk weighing up 50lbs, including items overhead
• Able to traverse multiple landscapes (uneven ground, wet or frozen terrain, etc.)
• Able to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.)
• Able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients

NON-DRIVING/DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use a power washer & shopvac to clean interior & exterior of truck
• Move, organize, and clean areas of the truck barn
• Pick orders in the warehouse
• Crate glass bottles and stack them
• Load glass bottles into industrial washing machine

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license (Class C or Chauffeur’s license)
• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, frequently bending, carrying, walking with product
• Able to work in refrigerated conditions (33-38 degrees)
• Ability to drive safely in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, physical environment
• Clean driving record with no traffic violations
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll keep our factory equipment running safely and smoothly. You’ll repair, maintain, and troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical equipment, and help find ways to make our equipment more reliable. We’re looking for someone who is practical, detail-oriented, and able to work on their own while following all safety rules.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Find and fix equipment problems, and carry out the maintenance plan
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to keep production safe, high-quality, and cost-effective
• Work with power systems up to 480 volts
• Work with control systems, including basic PLCs, motors, sensors, drives, basic electrical circuits, and device communication networks
• Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical drive systems
• Read electrical and mechanical drawings
• Review and improve maintenance plans so equipment runs reliably
• Create work orders and give feedback on completed work
• Create and update task lists
• Write step-by-step procedures for running and maintaining equipment
• Train operators and other technicians on running and troubleshooting equipment
• Look for ways to improve processes and equipment reliability
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Read, write and understand the English language
• Ability to do simple math
• High school diploma or GED
• 2–4 years of electrical and mechanical experience, or a technical degree
• Electrical knowledge (basic circuits, 480V power distribution, industrial wiring)
• Know how to use electrical test equipment
• Welding, fabrication, and machining skills
• Know how to use tools safely and correctly
• Knowledge of motors, pumps, drives, and sensors
• Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems

• Run the filling, orientation, casing, and stacking machines
• Follow our Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)

POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Cooler/Freezer employee keeps product moving safely and efficiently through our cold-storage warehouse and yard. You will pick customer orders, stage pallets for driver pickup, load and unload trailers, and position trailers in the yard. This role works in temperatures ranging from 45°F to -40°F. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with a good attendance record who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Employee Status: Full-time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm, with occasional overtime and weekend work as business needs require
Salary: Starting $20 per hour, dependent on experience
Location: North Aurora, IL

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Move pallets of product from designated storage locations to the warehouse floor for driver pickup
• Pick customer orders in cooler and freezer environments
• Load and unload trailers
• Operate spotter trucks to position trailers within the yard
• Operate warehouse equipment, including stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks, electric pallet jacks and spotter trucks
• Move product safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse and yard
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel and production team members to keep orders on schedule
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• Read, write and understand the English language
• Ability to do simple math
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 45°F to -40°F
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to push/pull up to 200 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts, clamp trucks, electric pallet jacks and spotter trucks
