Position Description:

We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Home Delivery Driver Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday – Friday or Sunday night – Friday morning). You must be able to work either shift.

Home Delivery Driver Salary: $45,000-$55,000

HOME DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Pre/Post inspections of delivery trucks (DOT requirement)
• Log hours of service such as driving, on, off, etc. (DOT requirement)

• Pick orders from warehouse and load product into truck

• Deliver dairy & grocery products to homeowners within assigned regions

• Navigate routes using a GPS unit

• Practice safe driving by following DOT regulations and company standards
• Able to use handheld scanners to track inventory and delivery of products
• Able to lift crates of milk weighing up 50lbs, including items overhead
• Able to traverse multiple landscapes (uneven ground, wet or frozen terrain, etc.)
• Able to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.)
• Able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients

NON-DRIVING/DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• • Use a power washer & shopvac to clean interior & exterior of truck
  • Move, organize, and clean areas of the truck barn
  • Pick orders in the warehouse
  • Crate glass bottles and stack them
  • Load glass bottles into industrial washing machine

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid driver’s license (Class C in IL)

• Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, frequently bending, carrying, walking with product

• Able to work in refrigerated conditions (33-38 degrees)

• Ability to drive safely in a variety of weather and traffic conditions

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Ability to work in a fast paced, physical environment

• Clean driving record with no traffic violations

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

This is an in-house design role at the heart of Oberweis’s marketing team. • Design digital collateral including email templates, social media graphics (organic and paid), website banners, landing pages, and digital menu boards

• Create social content optimized for platform-specific formats across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

• Play an integral role in evolving Oberweis’s visual brand guidelines, including logo usage, color systems, typography, photography style, and design principles

• Serve as an internal resource and guardian of brand standards, reviewing materials across teams and vendors for visual consistency

• Contribute to the evolution of brand identity as the brand grows and enters new markets

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the Brand Manager to align design output with campaign calendars and channel needs

• Partner with external agencies, print vendors, and production partners to manage proofing, approvals, and on-time delivery

Experience & Education

The Role

Own the day-to-day heartbeat of the Oberweis brand while helping shape where it’s going. What You’ll Do

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Lead integrated campaign planning for product launches, seasonal promotions, LTOs, and brand moments from brief through post-mortem.

• Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to bring campaigns to life across social, email, web, in-store, and the drive-thru experience

• Develop clear, insight-driven creative briefs

• Ensure campaigns are executed on time, on brand, and on budget

Content Calendar & Channel Management

• Own and manage the brand content calendar, aligning across all channels and internal stakeholders

• Oversee day-to-day social media post planning, copy direction, and scheduling while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

• Manage email campaign sends end-to-end, including briefing, review, scheduling, and performance tracking

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to keep content flowing

Photography & Video Production

• Partner with Creative to ensure all visual content meets brand standards and campaign objectives

Influencer Program

• Day-to-day management of Oberweis’s influencer marketing program in partnership with our agency partner

• Align influencer activations with campaign priorities, seasonal moments, and new product launches

• Review content for brand alignment, track performance metrics, and provide reporting and recommendations

Brand Strategy & Planning

• Support the development and evolution of Oberweis’s brand strategy, positioning, and messaging

• Build integrated brand and promotional calendars that bring exciting moments to life throughout the year

• Translate consumer insights, market trends, and performance data into actionable strategies

• Assist in naming, positioning, and storytelling around new items

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work alongside Operations, Field Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

• Coordinate with external agencies, production partners, and vendors as needed

Insights, Performance & Optimization

• Analyze campaign results across social, email, and digital channels and share actionable insights to drive continuous improvement

• Track and report on KPIs for brand, digital, and promotional performance

Brand Stewardship

• Serve as a champion for the Oberweis brand voice, personality, and creative standards across every channel and touchpoint

• Help evolve brand guidelines and internal playbooks as the brand grows

Experience & Expertise

• 3-5 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, QSR/retail marketing, or CPG brand roles

• Proven experience supporting or leading brand strategy, campaign development, content programming, or product marketing

• Hands-on experience managing social media content calendars, email campaigns, and content production workflows

• Strong understanding of integrated marketing: digital, social, in-store, influencer, and brand activation

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external agency relationships in fast-paced, high-growth environment
